This is what I’m always asked to bring to get-togethers. Sure, it’s easy-peasy, but it’s also really good (if I do say so, myself).
Hornedfroggy’s Famous Guacamole
6-8 ripe avocados
1 c fresh tomato, diced
1/2 c fresh purple onion, diced
1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
fresh ground sea salt (to taste)
Prepare avocados by removing seeds and scooping out the ripe pieces. Mash avocados with a fork until slightly chunky. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt. Mix well and serve immediately.

I love avocados.
This Guacamole is actually very similar to the one I make apart from the tomatoes.
Well I will try this version, and I’m sure it will be yummy!
